All Sales Are Final – No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases made on artfulbrushes.shop are non-refundable. Once a digital download has been delivered to your email, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.
Why We Have a No-Refund Policy Digital files are delivered instantly upon payment. Because the product — the brush files — can be downloaded and used immediately, it is not possible to "return" a digital item the way you would a physical product. To protect the integrity of our products, all sales are final.
Before You Buy We strongly encourage you to read the full product description, FAQ section, and compatibility requirements before completing your purchase. Our products are compatible with Procreate 5X and above on all iPad models. If you have any pre-purchase questions, please contact us before buying.
Exceptions We will only consider a resolution in the following situations:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
- You never received your download link after purchase
In either case, please contact us at roshnee188chauhan@gmail.com with your order confirmation number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 2–3 business days.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Incompatible devices (compatibility is clearly stated)
- Failure to read the product description
- Technical issues on your device unrelated to our files
Chargebacks If you file a chargeback with PayPal without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of delivery. We are committed to resolving genuine issues — please reach out to us first.
