1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from artfulbrushes.shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. About Our Products Artful Brushes sells digital Procreate brush files (.brushset format). All products are digital downloads — no physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive an instant download link via email.

3. License When you purchase a brush bundle from Artful Brushes, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install and use the brushes on your personal iPad(s)
  • Use the brushes to create original artwork for personal and commercial purposes (including client work, print sales, and merchandise)

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the brush files themselves
  • Claim the brushes as your own creation
  • Bundle or repackage them into your own brush products for sale
  • Upload them to any platform for others to download

4. Intellectual Property All brush files, artwork, and content on artfulbrushes.shop are the intellectual property of Artful Brushes. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Digital Downloads All sales are for digital products delivered electronically. You are responsible for ensuring your device (iPad running Procreate 5X or above) is compatible before purchasing. Compatibility requirements are clearly stated on the product page.

6. Payment All transactions are processed in USD via PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms of service. Prices are subject to change without notice, but your purchase will be charged at the price shown at the time of checkout.

7. No Refunds Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Availability We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or the website at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability Artful Brushes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
